This could be the spring cocktail for 2008.

Hokkaido Highball
1 1/2 oz Bombay Sapphire® gin
1 oz sake rice wine
1/2 oz triple sec

Pour the Bombay gin and sake into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
Add the triple sec, swirl and leave briefly to chill before serving.
