This is currently being made in wood and resin but I think the concept is perfect for the more sustainable paper-stone sheets. The minimal footprint seems like it could be useful in a lot of small kitchens.

Very cool design, you should check out the latest product from the same guy that designed PaperStone, it is called EcoTop and it comes in light colors and in 1/2" thick, it could work great for this application.

I will check it out. Thanks. We have designed a couple of paperstone products that are in production and this could be a nice alternative.
