This reminds me of the showtime TV show Dexter. Interesting looking form that would show up better if the handle were a dark gray instead of black. It is cool how they have achieved a fluid aquatic feel to the form without being cliche in the details or the color palette.

The red coloration accent is probably no accident given the time of year this item is making head lines.
Nothing says “Happy Valentines Day honey. Sorry I missed it because I was off fishing with my friends. Here is a new Kershaw electric filet knife. Get me a little fish fry action going, and make it quick because Lent is right around the corner.”
I think the styling makes it easy for a guy to pass of as sort of an accident gift. “Oh sorry, I thought it was a new fashionable, scrap booking accessories. Hey see how that thing does filleting fish, would you?”
If I make the leap this year and do decide to get this for my wife, I think another thing will prove to be true. Nothing is harder to remove from between a husband’s shoulder blades than the Kershaw electric filet knife.
Electric or not, I imagine it will cut right to the bone of the matter and leave me wishing I had just gotten a card with some flowers.
I bet it cuts flower stems great too.
