Designed by modern architect Tim Boyle, the Emerson house is 3/4" scale and is billed as "the perfect home for the modern family." measuring 30" x 21" x 18", the dollhose features six rooms, including a living room, kitchen, library/office, master bedroom, bathroom and child's bedroom.
the new modern house has solar panels which powers LED lights throughout the building- and the construction uses non-toxic and lead-free stains and paints. super-cool clear stairwell, too.

Is this a real dollhouse?? Like can you buy one?? Do you have the website?? I think that is really cool & Bill has some nieces that would LOVE it. =o)
It is sort of real. The design is shown on Unicahome.com and they are taking orders but it is probably not actually in production yet. they are probably waiting to see how many orders they get.
I want this doll house. I've always wanted on and I want to build the furniture for the house myself along with any other little knicknacks. I think it'd be a fun project.
